This Christmas coffee is produced by ASOPEP – Association of Organic Producers of Planadas. ASOPEP is a cooperative of small-scale farmers from Planadas, located in the Tolima region. There are around 170 local farmers who are associated with the cooperative and they are known for sustainable production and taking responsibility for preserving the natural resources in the areas around the farms.
