These coffee cherries are picked near the town of Inzá in the renowned coffee region of Cauca, and they undergo decaffeination using a natural substance extracted from sugarcane. This process is called Natural EA (Ethyl Acetate), and the green coffee beans are steamed and soaked to remove the caffeine.
We source Inzá using the same standards as the rest of our products, prioritizing traceability and exceptional quality in the final cup. The coffee then undergoes a decaffeination process, ensuring that we can offer decaffeinated coffee and espresso with superior quality and taste compared to other options in the market.
