The fertile, volcanic soil of Santa Ana in El Salvador has positioned the region as the country's center for growing specialty coffee. Our collaboration with Mariano started over 20 years ago. The close bond that was established in the early 2000s has proven to be a shining example of how long-term relationships with coffee farms can bear fruit for everyone involved. Today, Bourbon Jungle is among our most popular coffees, cultivated and nurtured with a commitment to exceptional taste and excellence. As a landowner in the verdant mountains of El Salvador, Mariano believes that his most important task is to contribute to a healthy and sustainable environment where flora and fauna can coexist harmoniously.
