A popular espresso blend consisting of both washed and natural processed coffee. It pairs exceptionally well with milk-based espresso drinks.
Each half of Half & Half is roasted separately. The fruity notes from the light roast provide a nice balance to the powerful, dark roasted espresso. The components of the blend vary with season and availability, but common to all coffees in the blend is that they are directly purchased from coffee farms or cooperatives. The taste varies slightly from season to season but is composed to hit the same round and rich flavor profile that fits perfectly in espresso-based drinks with milk.
