Tasting notes: Juicy and complex. Ripe berries on fragrance. Taste of lime and jam.
Bourbon Aji is a rare mutation of Bourbon varieties. This batch is grown on the family farm Patio Bonito, where quality and sustainability are at the center. An exclusive coffee grown with careful craftsmanship in every step.
Paola Trujillo left a career as a chemical engineer to take over the management of the coffee farm, learning about the entire value chain and introducing new methods. Her dedicated work has raised both quality and sustainability on the farm, showing how tradition, innovation and strong women can shape the future of coffee production.
